Hudson MA Open House Schedule - View Sunday‘s Schedule

Hudson is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts that was once a suburb of Marlborough prior to its 1866 incorporation. Hudson's early economy revolved around its 17 shoe factories. Many industries eventually settled into Hudson, growing its population. After World War II, the many farms that once (and still do) line the edges of the town were bought out by developers and new homes were constructed. Many of the homes for sale in Hudson were constructed during the boom the 1950s.

Hudson has quite a few large Cape Cod style homes, many built in the late 19th century or the 1940s. Many of these historic Cape homes have been transformed into multi-family homes today. There are also many condominium and townhome complexes in Hudson, most of which were built in the 1970s and 1980s. While many historic homes still stand in Hudson, a great deal of homes today are contemporary homes built in the 1970s to the 1990s. Many homes for sale in Hudson are modestly sized, although there are some sprawling estates with 4,000+ square feet as well as luxury condominium complexes built in the last few years.
